Covanta Starts Construction on Waste-to-Energy Plant in Ireland

Covanta Holding Corporation announced this week that it has started construction on a new waste-to-energy facility in Dublin, Ireland. The project is being built as a Public Private Partnership between Dublin City Council and Dublin Waste to Energy Limited, which is majority owned by Covanta.
